At Sunny, every flavor starts the same way: from scratch, in small batches, right here in our shop. We don't pour it out of a pre-made tub — we build each recipe ourselves, taste it, tune it, and freeze it fresh. It's more work, and that's the point. The care is what you taste.
Every batch begins with a fresh, house-made base — real dairy and simple ingredients, mixed and cooked to get the texture just right before any flavor goes in.
Real strawberries in the strawberry, real cocoa in the chocolate, the genuine article in every globally-inspired flavor. No shortcuts, no imitation — just true flavor folded right into the base.
Small batches mean we can watch every one closely, keep it fresh, and keep the quality exactly where we want it — creamy, smooth, and dreamy.

Here's the part most shops skip: a Sunny milkshake is blended from our actual house-made ice cream. A strawberry shake? We blend it from our real strawberry ice cream. Chocolate? Real chocolate ice cream. Every flavor, the same way.
Most places start with a plain milk-and-cream base and stir in flavored syrup. We never do that. Starting from real ice cream is the harder way — but it's the only way to get genuine flavor that's there in every single sip, top to bottom.
